Summary

The Spy and the Archivist

Sum'ara asks Chief Archivist Nicomedes with information regarding her dead fiancée, Rustar Yord.
She relieves her memory, of finding him dead at his forge, she searches for clues but finds nothing. It's clear that there was some kind of struggle but there are no wounds, no blood, nothing.
Suddenly, the environment changes, the room is ripped open and reveals an empty black and purple space, with stars shining above, the body of Rustar floats on some planks, as a spectral hand pulls a glowing string from him.

An Eventful Short Rest

Nikta flies away, in the direction of Haven.
The party goes to take a short rest.

Mort has a vision from her necklace, undead rise in Zoldrak Cairn, sarcophagi are being opened by the dead.

The Gallery

Grandmaster Kamára invites the party to meet Chief Curator Archibald at the "Gallery". Walking to a second floating tower.
Chief Curator Archibald is responsible for cataloging and investigating magical items. you see 2 students put the magic items you traded with Nicomedes for information.

A Shortcut

Grandmaster Kamára preform a Teleport ritual.
She meditates and hums to herself, you feel the rush of the wind around you, leaves, wooden branches creak, birds sing. Kamára opens one eye and tells the party to be careful and stay on the road.
The party is submerged in complete darkness.
Like a sunrise, light fills the room, but the sky is not night like outside, it's purple, astral, there are sections of the forest fused together, with astral images of different things and locations.
There's howling, whispers, strange noises.

The party meets Vel, the Wandering Merchant traversing this plane. Mumbling about troublemakers and bad vibes, not a good place to be especially now, Vel runs away after his cart get fixed and the party is attacked by Spectral Guards.

Sum'ara thinks that this is how The Fanewraith travels so fast.

Looking at the sky, they look like a black and purple space blanket.

As the party gets to the exit portal, Aveena exists last, she feels The Nothingness inside of her feels regret, sorrow, sadness.
