Herald, the Final Rest

Summary

The harbinger of death and the comfort of mortality, Herald, the Final Rest, like all other Faint Divinities, walks among mortals, but wherever he walks, death, demise and doom follows - but with it - comfort.
The god of death hasn't been seen for a long while, but of course that people continued to die either way, so he must be somewhere.

Long ago, the bringer of death gave most of his form and essence to trap an entity known as The Nothingness.

Appearance

Herald looks like tall man in his mid-thirties with long black hair streaked with white, slicked back and falling to his chin. His eyes are icy blue, though his gaze is not cold, and his face is sharp, with prominent cheekbones.

He dresses in a finely tailored black suit vest and trousers over a white shirt, with a pocket watch hanging from his waist and a necklace of black stones around his neck.

Half of his face is decayed, exposing teeth on one side. One eye is sunken in its open socket, and one of his hands is entirely skeletal. He walks slowly, but at the end of each step he blinks forward unnaturally, briefly appearing more rotten before returning to normal.

Now, all that remains of Herald is a skull, and a necklace.
